I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The service was exceptional and made our celebration even more memorable. The room layouts and architecture impressed me greatly, and the breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety. However, I recommend avoiding rooms near the kids' club if you're seeking peace and quiet.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful beach and had a lot of fun at the water park. The room was lovely, but I found the cold marble floors quite uncomfortable. While the breakfast had a good variety, I was disappointed with the service and quality. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was an incident where a child got hurt and no one helped. Overall, it has great facilities, but the dining experience and service could use some improvement.
