I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The service was exceptional and made our celebration even more memorable. The room layouts and architecture impressed me greatly, and the breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety. However, I recommend avoiding rooms near the kids' club if you're seeking peace and quiet.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful beach and had a lot of fun at the water park. The room was lovely, but I found the cold marble floors quite uncomfortable. While the breakfast had a good variety, I was disappointed with the service and quality. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was an incident where a child got hurt and no one helped. Overall, it has great facilities, but the dining experience and service could use some improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly in the spacious and clean rooms, which were beautifully designed and included a cozy balcony. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Goki from guest relations who made us feel so special. On the downside, I encountered some inconsistencies in restaurant seating and a bit of delay with service, which could definitely be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good value for what we received.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort, perfect for our anniversary indeed! The check-in process was smooth, and the room was a comfortable haven. The dining options, particularly at AZURE, were delicious though there was room for improvement in service. The staff was courteous, making my stay even more special. A slight drawback was the noise from the garbage truck and late-night guests, but overall, I would certainly recommend this resort and would love to return!
